The link above leads to a video called "How We Didn't Date Each Other" by Lev Yilmaz. The video summarizes the events that occurred during the course of a budding, troubled romance . Instead of only Lev talking, he told the story through a type of "conversation" between him and his potential/failed love interest, as though the viewer was a friend of the two and they were all just catching up over lunch. It is interesting because it is all basically one big chain reaction that keeps going because of how one of them perceives the other's actions. An example would be a rift caused in the relationship due to Lev showing her his Playboy magazines, thinking it would be cool. She thought it was disgusting and thought that he wouldn't call her anymore because she didn't sleep with him. But he still called the next day, and the exchange keeps going. The video shows how some humans of each gender may perceive actions in relationships in very different ways. It is refreshing to see a video that presents its point in two different ways at once.

True Men are Brosephs (For April 10, 2009)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_Z3D1535Jo&feature=channel_page
The link above leads to a video entitled "Take It to the Next Level." It's by some amateur comedians from a YouTube channel called "Balloon Shop." I really can't say with total confidence that I know what this video is getting at. Begin watching it and you'll see why I say this. However, it seems that this scene is supposed to be a parody of how young guys act these days. This seems to be true, judging from their frequent use of the word "Broseph", a slang term used today that is the equivalent of "bro" or "homie." As the scene occurs, the two men's hyper-masculinity seems to be getting stronger and stronger. It gets to the point where they start doing weird handshakes, riding each other's backs, pinching each other's nipples, and even punching each other. Though all of these actions happen in the span of two and a half minutes seems extreme, you can't deny seeing resemblances between these weird "communication" techniques and two testosterone-filled buddies paling around. Just be careful though, it will be hard not to laugh if you see some guys acting even a little similar to the two guys in the clip.
